Brian received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Business Management from Old Dominion University in 1985. He paid his way through college working at several local condominiums as a maintenance helper, inspector, clerk and community manager. Jennifer is the CFM Office Manager and Vice President and also manages a portfolio of communities.  She handles all resales and questionnaires, as well.

Jennifer is a Virginia Beach local and split her youth between the beach and the barn. She was a 4-H and Pony Club member and graduated from First Colonial High School. Nancy Isphording is a Virginia Beach local who graduated from First Colonial High School in 1981. She has had a 25+ year career in the banking industry, most recently handling the acquisition and sale of REO properties for a local bank. Prior to that she managed bank accounting operations and brings that experience to Community First Management’s Accounting Department.

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her daughter and her grand-dog Louie.
